Dan Ovaitt
Dan and his wife, Vonda, moved from Kansas City about fifteen years ago to raise their family in the small town atmosphere of Weston.
Known as the "land man", Dan is the expert on land & land/home combinations in the Weston area. His knowledge of farm and bluff-top properties has helped many customers sell or buy just the right property in the beautiful hills of northern Platte County & southern Buchanan County.
Since becoming active in real estate six years ago, Dan set his sights on becoming a broker and owning his own firm. This dream was realized in March of 2010 when he opened Reece and Nichols Weston Bend.
Dan is an active member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, serving on the Parish Council, and is a board member on the Weston Chamber of Commerce.
