Broker Helen Benziger McKinney has been a resident of Weston since early 1985. She and her husband David were on their way to Kansas City to find a home when they literally stumbled upon the town. They bought property two weeks later and have never felt less than blessed to have found Weston.

Helen has been a licensed broker in Missouri for the past fifteen years. She knows the area and has the ability and knowledge to make the buying or selling process as stress free and enjoyable as possible.(See Testimonials)

Helen is a member of
the Weston Chamber Of Commerce, Weston Marketing Group, Weston Historical Museum, Weston Study Club, and a Board member of The Weston Community Theatre.  She also is a member of the Denver Historical Society and Hannibal Historical Society, the National World War II Glider Pilots Association and the Dude Rancher's Association. She is a Board member of Canine Specialty Assistance, an organization that trains Service Dogs for the disabled.  At the moment (so many dumped dogs) Helen and her husband David have two four-legged children - a Beauceron named Brojan, and his interactive chew-toy, Tootsie the Dobergirl.

Helen travels around the country speaking about her Great Grandmother, Margaret (The Unsinkable Molly) Brown. Helen visited THE HOTEL COLORADO in Glenwood Springs to dedicate The Hotel's Belltower Penthouse Suite as The Molly Brown Suite. Helen has worked closely with the hotel for two years designing and creating the suite. She now speaks there often.  She also may now call The Plains Hotel in Cheyenne, Wyoming part of her family.

Helen is very excited to now be working with The Cunard Line as one of their speakers. Recently Helen sailed on the Queen Mary 2 speaking of the Titanic and her Great Grandmother.
